Shipping
Your blooms are best within one week of the event.
Shipping your flowers to the forever pressed co is your responsibility, and we do not cover the cost of shipping the bouquet to us; however, shipping your final arrangement to you is included in your total.

If you are shipping your blooms, please be sure to fill out our PDF to send with your bouquet. If you are dropping off, you can either pre-fill the file or do so at the time of your drop off.

If you would like to drop off your bouquet and pick up your frame, please select the pick up option in upon check out. Additionally, please schedule a time to drop off your bouquet (if applicable). When your frame is completed, you will receive an email for pickup (if applicable), please schedule a pick up time, available to schedule on our website and in your pick up email. ​

Return and Refund Policy
We want to give you a product that you are proud to display and one that holds great sentimental value. If you are unhappy or have issues with your pressed frame, please email our team, and we will do our absolute best to make it right.

Please note, we are not responsible for the shipping of your bouquet to the forever pressed co. If your flowers arrive in an unworkable condition or do not arrive at all, we are not financially responsible for replacing them. However, we are happy to re-create your bouquet for an additional cost - this cost is that of the floral we would provide on your behalf.

We are also not responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping of your product, the arrival of your product, or any accidents involving your product once in your possession.
Should an incident occur with your product, we will do everything in our power to support you in replacing or repairing your product.

Should an incident occur with your floral while in our possession, we will replace the floral at no cost. We understand that we can't replace the sentimental value of that floral; however, we will provide a refund of 60% of your order total in our efforts to make it up to you. This is an incredibly rare occurrence.
What size of frame is right for me?
We press all floral that is in workable condition. You can anticipate that your blooms will take up about 80% of the frame space. The amount of floral in your frame will vary on the size of the frame selected. We recommend considering how large your bouquet is in addition to how large the space you are considering hanging your finished product in. All bouquets will fill a 8X10 frame, almost all will fill a 11X14 frame, and an average bouquet will fill a 16X20 frame. If you have a smaller bouquet, we recommend the 11X14 frame to capture the most out of your flowers.
Materials
Our frames are hand made from real wood by Storie, the owner of The Forever Pressed Co., and her Father, owner of Gyp and Color. They are built to secure and ensure your custom pressed florals retain their beauty year after year.
Brackets are included for easy vertical or horizontal hanging in your home - as well as rubber stoppers to keep your walls in good shape.
Due to the nature of the frame, glass, and floral, we do not recommend using nonstick adhesives - command strips for example - to hang your frame. Nails are highly recommended.

Drop off and Pick up
If you would like to drop off your flowers and pick up your frame upon completion, please book a drop off or pick up on our drop down menu. This will allow us to be prepared and available to you! If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please contact us directly. We are always happy to work with you!
